1. Big Bang Theory (shut up!) Yes, I'm finally getting into this show. I'm so far behind that I didn't realize they live in L.A. (so the boys are grad students at UCLA or USC, right? CalTech, and Penny is an aspiring actress). Anyway...
This episode had me howling. Sheldon was in his full uber-geek glory, Raj was amazing as Mr. Smooth (for awhile), Howard was impossibly skeevy (poor Summer Glau), and Leonard got in just the right amount of sarcasm. My favorite bits, though, were "Moon Pie" and Penny demolishing Sheldon's trick box :)) Honestly, I have no idea what Sheldon is saying 80% of the time, but it's worth watching this show just to see Jim Parsons spout that stuff.
2. How I Met Your Mother - Very funny, though I sort of wish more of the action had taken place outside of the bar, and not just in flashbacks.
Ted seems to be setting himself up for more heartache from "douchey" (Lilly's word) Karen. Poor Marshall and his lack of pants. Why did I think that Barney wouldn't do something like that to Marshall? It's not in Barney's nature to not take advantage of that sort of situation. Then there's Robin, getting up at 1:45 a.m. for her 4 a.m. local news show. Gah. I do think Laura Prepon as Karen is some inspired casting. Not as good as last week's "The Stinsons" but pretty funny.
3. Why did I bother turning on the last 15 minutes of CSI: Miami? That show jumped the shark at least 2 years ago.
4. Not teevee-related, but Ghirardelli Double Chocolate Muffins? Mmmmmm *mumbles incoherently*
