I'm attending a small office holiday party on Tuesday afternoon (seriously, not evening) and I unwisely volunteered to bring a "heavy hors d'oeuvres". I have no idea what that means. Any suggestions? Any recipes? I have numerous cookbooks but I have no idea what sort of thing would qualify. Does that mean something like Swedish meatballs in the crockpot? HELP!!! Oh, I should probably buy the stuff to make this today, or I could bag out and be lazy and pick something up at My Menu on Monday night....
