1. In the news: Diesel prices sock truckers. Yes, diesel fuel is $4/gallon here, and 87-octane unleaded gasoline is about $3.399/gallon. That's $33.99 for 10 gallons of gas. *headdesk* Makes me glad I've been driving less that past 6 months. How much does gasoline cost where you live?

If you think that's bad, ha!

Try ~4.31/gallon (1.14/litre...3.785 litres in a gallon)for regular unleaded gasoline. And that's in the city! After 4 months down south (where it seemed expensive enough), I filled up three days ago and almost had a heart attack since my tank is rather large. I hope it gets really warm, really soon...well, even then, still won't have the time to walk everywhere.

$4.69 Canadian?! Yiiikes. I hope you can take public transportation, walk or ride a bike to get some places. I'm lucky there are buses I can take to get to work, and that we weren't foolish enough to buy a house beyond the limits of bus service.

Regular unleaded gas is currently $3.29/gal. here.

I don't think the bacon bra will be the best selling item in the edible undies line. I'm old school - I just flash the boobs and fry the bacon crisp. Then we can play with the meat.

Yesterday gas was $3.44/gal here. Maybe it dropped a bit today. All I know is that I'm thankful for our Marathon gas rebate card and my renewed energy during the day making it less necessary to drive Carter places for entertainment!

Love the bacon bra. Well, no, not the actual bra, but the pic; I did send it off to a few males I know that will surely want that for breakfast.

As for teh body transplants, uh, yeah, WORD. If only I could make money doing that.

And gas at teh corner station was $3.22 a gal when I left the neighborhood today. Frankly, compared to the rest of the country, I guess that's cheap. Doesn't make sense since the cost of living here is so much more than other places, but, well, there you go. We gots Joe Kennedy on our side....
