Not what you might be expecting
1. I could attempt to recap the past two days *snore* but I'm more interested in your opinions about... CHEESE RECIPES!! Maya is a cheese maniac, and Mr. Annearchy found and gave her a book called The Cheese Cookbook, by Robert Ackart. Thumbing through it, we found a bunch of recipes with titles that kind of made us gag (or else burst into hystercal laughter). So please, take the poll and tell me which one of these recipe titles is the most gag-worthy.

2. On a much happier culinary note, Mr. Annearchy, Maya and I had dinner tonight at Tex Tubb's Taco Palace. Mr. Annearchy had a beef enchilada platter, I had a beef chimichanga and Maya just had chips con queso (though she did eat the rest of my meal that I brought home). Good food! And the place didn't open until 5:00 people but was packed by 6:00, when we got there. My Texas friends (like nmalfoy, inell and mjryan) will appreciate this. I had a Shiner Bock with my dinner, and the walls contained posters for Luckenbach, Texas (!!!), Gary P. Nunn, Jerry Jeff Walker and Ray Wylie Hubbard, while the sound system played Pancho & Lefty by Willie Nelson. Anyway... we'll probably go back though not in the very near future. Though I thought $3.75 for a bottle of Shiner was a bit rich.
