Well, today was the last week day of my vacation. I got tickets for the Reds game online with a 4 tickets for $48.00 and 4 hats. Mom and I didn't want Lahny to go so we thought we'd get this deal and have Terry and Stacy go with us. Glad not to have Dave with us. Well we drove to Cincinnati today with Chelsea, Mom, Terry and Lahny for the Reds game. We parked and then walked into Fountain Square and hung out there for a while. It's all changed now (has been for a while now) with places to eat, big screen tv's showing the games and highlights etc and places to site and of course the Fountain! Well, I'm home. Back on American soil. We got up early on 8/11 and packed up, headed down to the front desk to check out. The card wouldn't work. I think since it was such a large amount it wouldn't go through. They said they would try it again and contact me if something was wrong. So, we left the hotel and headed to our bus stop. Today was another lounge day. Though we got up early and had breakfast and started wandering about 10:30. We went to St. Stephens Green. We went there the other day but just briefly. Today we slept in. We ate late and there barely any bread left in the dining room. Mom did not like today's waitress. She was a bit older and rather abrupt. 6:40 am: Up early and our breakfast a little rushed. We should have gotten up eariler. We walked to O'Connell Street today which is in downtown on the other side of the river. I had a hard time getting mom up this morning. She kept me up alot of the night snoring. Everytime I nudge her she gets mad at me. It was after before we got up. Breakfast is only until 10 I think.
