Mon, 11:59: *sigh* We send out a paper bulletin quarterly. In Feb, my form was included along with my NAME. So why have I received multiple emails addressed to the former coordinator AND using last year's form?! I already had to hand write 8 forms that were sent as jpgs instead of pdfs.
