Earlier I was at the gym, and in the parking lot there was a car parked across two spaces that had the license plate "QUEEN P". Obviously Cordelia Chase, the real one, left Los Angeles some time in season three of Angel, changed her name to, oh, Penelope, moved to the east coast, and has been happy and healthy ever since. It's nice to see her ( Read more... )

PACK UP YOUR BEETS.

Heee. Uh, we will see how it goes. Mose voice is unsurprisingly hard to channel! 27 years old, never left the beet farm.

PACK UP YOUR BEETS.

EEEE.

And, oh, I have faith in you guys! Your mad writing skillz-with-a-z will surely tap into the complexities of Mose Schrute sooner or later.

Man, the Schrute family has the best names ever. I don't even know how to talk about it.

Dude, don't they? I love their weird German/Amish thing. Have you seen the deleted scene where Dwight talks about his other cousins, Helga, Heindl and Johan? AWESOME.

The only podcast that I absolutely will not miss is Tim Gunn's while Project Runway is on the air. Which, uh, it isn't right now. So until I get home and check the others, that is my useless rec. Also, Mose. Just thinking about the existence of Mose makes me snicker. :)

Oooh, TIM GUNN, I forgot he had one, thanks! When is that show coming back, anyway? And how is Tim Gunn so awesome?

Hahaha. Sometimes I think about the joke Mose made up and told to Dwight. "What's black and white and red and can't see?" "A nun with a beet for a head." HEE.

Last I heard, next season dates were sketch because awesome Tim Gunn's awesome duties of being awesome at Parson's were interfering with shooting. I can't think about the possibility of the show returning without him, it stresses me out too much. Like, WOULD I be able to still watch it if he wasn't on? Would I STOP? Would I watch it and hate myself? Is this how Beatles' fans felt?

Heeeee. Every night is beet joke night at Schrute farm.

TIM GUNN YOU CANNOT LEAVE US! Augh, seriously, what WOULD we do? Surely the show wouldn't be worth it without him, but... but... okay, I need to stop thinking about this now, I'm being bourgetarded.

Hahahahahahahaha! Yeah. As long as you don't listen to it for 52 hours stright, a year's worth should hold you for a while.

Well, sometimes you have 52 hours of working out to do! YOU DON'T KNOW.

If you can find it, the first three seasons of the Ricky Gervais podcast-show are hysterical.

Heee, the Ricky Gervais Giggling Hour? I think I subscribed to that way back when but I had a really old iPod without video so I never remembered to watch it. I might have to go for it now, though!

Damn, I was going to recommend that one and then segue into asking if I could friend you, since I periodically check your LJ for fic updates anyway. Now I have no segue, but I'd still like to friend you if that's okay.

hahah, i totally started listening to this american life on podcast while working out last week, it's an idea that's MADE OF AWESOME. when i got to the end of my workout and i still didn't know what happened to the people with the house in poland, i was really ... bereft.

i actually also really enjoy the savage love podcast, but it's only 20 minutes long, so. hmm.

DUDE. Doesn't it make working out so much better? I don't even notice the time going by, instead of being painfully aware of every. last. second.

(THE HOUSE IN POLAND. That story made me so sad, I swear. I mean, at first, I was totally all heart-warmed, and then it just turned awful. Have you listened to this week's yet? The story about the physicist and the time machine and his dead father was like the saddest thing ever.)
