Working,Working,Working
Well,I am continuing the lets-get-the-house-cleaned-up-for-the-party-tomorrow stuff but wanted to take a minute or two to say hi. I have done pretty well today but still have some things to do so I hafta make this quick.
Having hosted these parties for many years now I am beginning to learn what needs to be done,when it needs to be done,and what can wait. For instance,I really should do laundry but considering it has nothing to do with party plans that will take a backseat til tomorrow after everyone is gone,and Monday because the kids have the day off. Everyone seems to have enough socks and underwear to get through the next few days so that shouldn't be a problem,thank goodness. I do,however,still have things that need doing so I had better skeedaddle. My mantra during these times of preparation has been,"Do It Now,Don't Put It Off" otherwise I will be doing a gazillion different things last minute,and that always sucks!
