Off to the races
Himself is going to have a go at a 10K race tomorrow morning around Salem Lake in Winston-Salem NC. He had signed up for the 30K, but is still recovering from his shin splint injury so took the more conservative event. We'll see how it goes, but at least the weather will be nice!
