school is over! as of a while ago.
i went to bretts graduation and stayed a few days; it was nice.
i left there last sunday, saw lindsay but got sick (what an annoying trend), saw britt who leaves tomorrow, i think. saw mr and mrs smith with erin and sade, ran into pat oleary and mike ruprich, who apparently i cannot escape, even when not at kalamazoo.
then i had my first day of work. i hate it! ugh, its so different from christmas time. remind me next summer to work at the jcc instead.
the next day i went back to galesburg, to spend a few days with brett, got home yesterday. it was really nice. really really nice.
today kind of didnt exist, but hey, it happens. i gardened! and got really dirty and muddy. i love it.
tomorrow, i think im going to hang out with my mom, see a movie or something. is mad hot ballroom any good?
i was really hoping brett would come visit starting tomorrow, and im kind of bummed that hes not. oh well. hopefully he will come early on tuesday.
tuesday, brett comes, and is staying until thursday. i cannot wait.
really early wednesday my parents are leaving for north carolina to give my sisters exboyfriend a dog my brother ended up with (complicated).
friday, i pack, because saturday im going to new york to see stars, the new pornographers and sadie play in brooklyn!!!! sunday my parents are joining us, and we are staying until wednesday i think.
next saturday is the dso at greenfield village, which i really really REALLY hope brett will come visit for. erin and her family are going, and we are going the same night, which im very excited for, i hope we can find them and all sit together or something.
the 3rd is a day i hope brett is in town for, as is the 4th.
then i go up north for a few days, which im not too excited for, but oh well. last summer strawberry daiquiris abounded, and hopefully this summer will be no different, now that i know i like them.
we are almost to july, which is a month i absolutely adore.
alex: dont give up on me, ill call you soon, and hopefully visit you soon too.
lindsay: lets redo that hanging out, shall we?
by the way, congress is trying to cut funding for npr and pbs, starting with children's programming. not that thats important or anything. so, everyone should sign the petition and check out the issue at www.moveon.org/publicbroadcasting/ . gracias.
