3. The first time I ventured north of Frankfurt was when I was sixteen. Before then, we'd usually vacation or go places in South Europe.
4. I have ten aunts and uncles on my mother's side.
5. I used to do gymnastics up until I was eighteen.
6. The first boy I fell in love with was four years older than me; I was eleven and he was fifteen at the time. Needless to say, nothing ever came out of it.

14. One of my biggest pet peeves is people being loud and obnoxious in public. I hate having to listen to some strangers' conversations on buses or in parks and cafés.
15. I get on much better with men than with women. In fact, I have more close male friends than female. I guess it might have something to do with the fact that I really only played with boys up until puberty hit. Dolls never did anything for me.
16. I have a scar on my chin from when I was six and thought doing gymnastics in a parking lot was a great idea.
17. I could eat Thai food or sushi every day.
18. Sometimes I suspect I am much more domestic and family-orientated than I have led my career-orientated, power-female-whatever-self to believe. While I usually say I can't imagine not working when I have children, I sometimes wonder if this is true. Because I do love cooking, and I am rather good at procrastinating.
19. My childhood dream was to become a ballet dancer. Later it was a veterinarian, and then a pilot. My poor eyesight made sure I'd never get to live the latter dream.
20. I don't have a very thick skin, I am afraid.
