You have no idea how exciting it is to be in my country at this moment. It's like I was holding a breath for so long I didn't know I was doing it. And I know the man cannot work magic tricks but damn, it's so amazing to feel energized again. It was, is, an amazing moment to see and I can hardly hold it in. My "person" (Kat) and I were sitting together when the results came in. She's Filipino and southern and we realized it was the first time we had both heard our demographics (asian and disabled) ever mentioned together in such a positive, inclusive, speech.
