Decisions:
1) when I want ice-cream, I will make myself steamed broccoli or asparagus. It accomplishes the same comforting spoon-to-mouth movement and if I'm going to stuff my face, I might as well absorb some nutrients other than simple carbohydrates and incidental calcium.
2) I will spend more time on myself at night -- floss, moisturize, mouthwash: the important things.
3) Less chocolate, more carrots.
4) I will stop beating myself up over not going to the gym, but I will also stop making up bullshit excuses to avoid going when I know I can/should.
5) Eating like crap makes my hormones (not to mention mental state) go wonky, or wonkier than usual. I know this, and I know how to control it... and it's my fault when I let myself "forget" that. Stop.
