I'm back!
Dell sent me a replacement hard drive, then called and walked me through swapping it out. YAY! Now I need to get an enclosure kit (preferably cheap) for the old hard drive to try to get my old data off before I ship it back to Dell within the deadline. Since stores are closed tomorrow for Thanksgiving, and I *never* shop on the day after, I need to do the search tonight after work.
And yesterday was #2 son, Steve's 25th birthday, so I cooked spaghetti (lots of herbs and garlic), and he, his brother, and Rick's girlfriend all came up. We had a lovely evening, with much talk and laughter, and many phone calls to wish him Happy Birthday.
And today is Annoying Coworker's last day!!
