Icon meme
Look at your LJ userpics list. If you have fewer than 50 icons, pick every fifth one. If you have between fifty and seventy-five icons, pick every seventh one. If you have over seventy-five icons, pick every tenth one. If you have fewer than ten, pick all of 'em. Ok. I went to a paid account almost solely so that I could have more icons, czu I don't use most of the other bells n whistles. I only have 25 right now, so that gets you 5 of them. I love cool, smart, snarky icons and tend to swipe them from all over. I've tried to credit each one, but if I've used one of yours here without credit, yell at me and I'll edit. I don't always remember where I got them from.
After joking with my daughter that I needed a plot bunny icon, she said "I drew some pictures of plot bunnies!" She pulled them out and I chose this one (the others were skewed toward manga/anime, which is her thing). I added the text and there we go. So thanks to animekitten66 for the drawing. By the way, the body of the thing is a dust bunny (found under couches everywhere) so it's kind of a visual pun.
This one I stole, pure and simple. I have no real idea who I stole it from. If you know, tell me so I can credit. I have it because sometimes saying 'thanks' doesn't seem like enough. Don't get me wrong, I am deeply appreciative anytime someone comments on a story, but there are times when some says something that makes the words fail me.
This one is by ficbitca_bear. I have it because it is sooo Rodney. I love the pic, but rarely use the icon. I don't want people to think I'm calling them stupid, but for times when I need to rant? yeah.
This is an image from the S3 finale, First Strike, though I don't think it holds any real spoilers. I thought is was a stunning and pretty shot. It's my all purpose icon for stuff I don't have a specific Atlantis icon for. It's just cropped from a screencap I snagged off of a site.
There is a site I surfed to where you answer questions about your ideal vacation and other things you like, and it 'paints' a picture just for you. You can find it here. Anyway, this is the painting it made for me. I cropped it a bit and added the text. It's my default right now, cause I kinda like it.
