Taco filling

i took stew beef and cut it up into small chunks. i heated oil that i had been infusing with chili peppers. then fried the beef along with cut up onions and potatoes which had been peeled. i sauteed those for a bit an added a bit of hot sauce. i also added two small thinly cut tomatoes. and then i added some juice from the bottle and two hot light green color peppers which i cut up. then i turned down the heat and put the cover on and let it cook for awhile, probably like 30 minutes maybe. the result was delicious and spicy. the meat was very tender, and the potatoes were perfect. i put this filling in a tortilla and added some mexican cheese mix. the cheese would be good on top of the taco/burrito too.
