I don't think my friend and I are going to the New Year's Eve party after all - she hasn't called so I'm assuming she didn't get the tickets. No biggie really. I'll probably end up spending it with a bottle of wine at home hehe. Or I might stay over at her place and celebrate it there. It's still a long way away; besides what's the big deal about it anyway? Another year...so what?
Oh the weather was beautiful yesterday and today's weather is even more gorgeous. Unfortunately, there's thunderstorms predicted for tomorrow, and rain is expected to continue for the next 3 days or so - what kind of summer is this exactly?
If there are any Harry Potter freaks fans out there, any theories on Aunt Petunia? JK Rowling admitted during the Edinburgh Book Festival that there is more to her than meets the eye; she also said Petunia is not a squib although that's a very good guess. Any guesses? Anyone? And yes, I know I'm obsessed.
Ima terrified my beloved Moony is going to get killed off, although it's very likely. Why else would Ms Rowling make special mention of Wormtail's silver hand? *wails* IDONTWANTHIMTODIE!!!! *clears throat* Sorry. Well, as Mad-Eye Moody would say, "CONSTANT VIGILANCE!" Hopefully, Moony remembers that...yeah riight. He's going to die *sniffs* *prepares for his funeral*
