something interesting happened at work today. this guy was trying to return a lacoste shirt, but he is a WA resident who was shopping in OR. i was unfamiliar w/the procedure to handle a tax exempt return w/o proper ID. as i was calling customer service, he and the guy next to him started chatting. the guy after him was trying to return some Sevens
