The whole town is sick
It baffles the mind how much people around here have been sick. Nicole and Karl have been on and off sick all of January at least. Karl has come home from work early at least 2 times already this past week. Nicole came home early yesterday. It seems like no one is ever gonna get better. Karl just called a few minutes ago. He didn't know what to do. He went to work and and everytime he starts pushing carts, which is his job, he starts coughing uncontrollably. He is afraid he will get fired for going home early again. I told him he needed to talk to his manager and if she threatens to fire him, he needs to bring up all the other people that call in all the time, come in late, and are not even sick. At least he came in and tried.
His getting fired would certainly be bad for any moveing plans.
