I really should work on this "posting" thing
✖ I saw my friend Linda the other day, which was a nice surprise. It had been about 2-3 years since I saw her last? She just showed up at the door with my mom. She looks exactly the same as the last time I saw her - of course, the only thing different about me is the length of my hair, so I really shouldn't say anything. We were only able to talk a little, since she was meeting with someone, but we were able to exchange IM names, so we'll be able to keep in touch.
✖ I meant to post about this earlier, but I finally was able to finish watching Durarara! I really didn't have any idea of how I wanted it to end, but I really liked how they ended it - it's kind of open-ending, but satisfying. The whole thing with Masaomi though, just broke my heart. I'm embarrassed to admit it, but it totally had me crying - I'm so glad it turned out alright in the end. I've also realized that I don't dislike Saki as much as I thought I did. I mean, I might not love her as much as Mikado or Masaomi, but she is endearing. And oh my god, I have never loved Simon more than when he punched Izaya, because seriously? Izaya is a dick.
AND ALDKHFSKDF SHINRA AND CELTY ARE THE CUTEST COUPLE EVER HOLY CRAP
✖ My brother is so cute. He sings vocaloid songs, watches anime with me (subbed and dubbed), and yesterday when I was looking through Umineko fanart he came up behind me and asked, "Is that Beatrice?" It always makes me giggle when he's able to remember names. I had started to explain the context of one fanart to him, which somehow lead to me reading Umineko out loud to him. I even change my voices depending on the character |D
and ahdakdfk I've got little Battlers running around my screen - I can't begin to tell you how cute it is
