Title:
The New GirlAuthor:
a writter of fics Name: Amy. Not that she says it in the fic anywhere. You have to go to the summary to find this out.
Species: New Student
Hair: not mentioned
Eye: not mentioned
Canon Connections: Transferred into the Animorphs school
Special Abilities: ‘following people and not getting caught’
Origin: Really, just showed up out of the blue one summer and started going to school.
Note: This is the author’s first fic, so I’m willing to give a little on the bad writing. But the grammer... I hate when they abuse grammer, if only because it is so easy to fix. (Unless your some grammer-Nazi and want to pull out all those obscure rules...) But, on the other stuff, I’m willing to wait and see if she gets better with practice.
Other than that...Oiy. She’s got a nose ring. That’s like an automatic-Sue in my book. And everything else...Bah. It’s routine Sueage and I’m too tired to MST it.

My homeroom teacher assigned someone to show me around, and I can’t say I was overly thrilled. The teacher introduced me to everyone in homeroom, which just made me annoyed. She asked a girl named Cassie to show me around, and tell me how everything goes around here.
“Did that thing hurt?” she asked, pointing out my nose ring.
“No, when they brought the needle over I fainted, and they did it when I was out.” I replied calmly.
I surprised that she was the only one that said something about my nose ring, true it was small, but I expected someone to say something earlier. At lunch we found a table toward the back of the lunchroom. I may have been new here, but if there is one thing I know about schools it’s this school food sucks! I could be wrong maybe the food here will be better, but I doubt it. Then a tall girl walked over.
“This is my friend Rachel.” Cassie said.
“Hi, you must be new here.” she said.
“Yeah I am, but I’ve managed to find my way around pretty well.” I replied.
The minute I finished talking, a short boy came up to us.
“Did it hurt?” he asked.
“Did what hurt?” I asked.
“When you fell from heaven.”
That was the lamest pick-up line I ever heard, so I just had to make a comment.
“Where did you learn that pick-up line from your great-grandfather?” I said sarcastically.
“Next time you want to hit on someone, make sure you have pick-up lines from this century.” I added.
“Oh yeah I defiantly like you.” Rachel said.
“Thanks” I replied.
“Who was that anyway?” I asked.
“My cousins best friend Marco.” Rachel replied.
“Oh and who’s your cousin?” I asked.
“He’s over there,” she said. Pointing to a table on the other side of the lunchroom.
He then started to walk over.
“Hi, my name’s Jake, and you must be the new girl.” he said
“Yeah I am” I replied.
“Rachel I need to talk to you.” he said.
They then headed off to the back of the lunchroom.
“What was that about,” I asked Cassie.
“Oh probably just some family business.” she replied
I finished my food and then went to dump my tray. It was by pure coincidence that I over heard Jake and Rachel.
“Yeah I’ll tell the others to meet us at Cassie’s barn.” I heard Jake say.
Now I was interested. Whatever they were going to do I wasn’t invited, so I decided right then I was going to follow them. I already knew where Cassie lived, so I didn’t even need to follow them, but I had long ago become an expert at following people and not getting caught.
