I'm thinking about trying to get to San Diego Comic Con (better decide quick) but I wouldn't be able to make a costume, I'd have to commission one. trouble is its difficult to find someone who is up to the task of making a superhero costume who doesn't charge over $1000 like one girl I asked, or makes something that isn't completely awful. Mewcon was a fun way to ring in the new year. It was small- VERY small- but it's an 18+ con only in its third year so it has room to grow. Back from con. Did a better job than I thought I would as Skypeia Nami, thanks to that invisible Bra I wore under my swimsuit, and LOADS of fabric tape. Ah, the price of beauty.
