Anime and manga update!
Well we have been steadily attacking the new stack of anime that I bought last month. We just finished Full Metal Panic: Second Raid. This was a lot of fun, but leaned more toward the serious side of the series rather than focusing half and half on the comedy side. I guess this was a reaction to Full Metal Panic: FUMOFFU which was all comedy. Both the first and second series of this show are REALLY worth seeing. We enjoyed them both VERY much! :)
On the manga front I am still churning through Megatokyo and loving it. I also started reading Someday's Dreamers last night. I guess I completely forgot it had to do with magic in modern day times. Its been cute so far and a quick read. You get to like main characters fast. I am hoping for something a little less episodic with the chapters in the future volumes though. They are all tied together under the premise of a girl learning her magic craft, but I prefer multiple chapter story arcs when I read manga. Its worth looking at though.
