This past Monday was my 24th shot. Which means I have been on testosterone for almost 48 weeks.

I saw Dr. Garramone today and we spoke about the surgery. When I got there, there were 2 other patients in the waiting area. I got the name/number/email of one of the guys that was there getting his bandages off today. He's now a week post-op, so I'll be following him to see how he's doing. I'm writing this entry from a hotel room in Westin, FL, just outside of Sunrise, where Dr. Charles Garramone practices. He is the man that will be preforming my top surgery on Tuesday. Tomorrow at 11AM I will be meeting him and I will be discussing everything with him ( Read more... )

Ok yet another shortish post cause once again I'm doing this from my phone. It was magnificently amazing, minus some drama Saturday night. I had an awesome time, saw my awesome friends, and got some really awesome photos which will come soon. It was totally Inception-con. And well worth it.

So I was listening to one of my 30 Seconds to Mars CDs today and after hearing this song for like... the bajillionth time, I realized how much the lyrics relate to what's going on in my life at the moment (with regard to transitioning). It's strange but it makes me feel almost empowered to listen to it now.
