I'm moving on.
Wow, such a sentimental title but it's not that serious promise. The reason why I logged back in was largely because I saw an artist I was following on tumblr saying that he/she's planning to deactivate his/her account. Then I also remembered my best friend telling me that she was once following this fic writer and they stopped posting, and a friend of that person (not sure about the details) informed everyone via comments I think that the writer has passed away (idk the reason tho). That totally gives our joking "I'm alive" updates in whatever platform we have in a pseudonym weigh greater. So that just made me think back to all the online friends I had here back in LJ, and how you guys totally helped me through some dark times when I was younger. I was never one to share so much about the happenings of my life to you, but though we didn't know each other, the connection was genuine. You guys brought me a lot of joy in reading my teenage cringey works (lol) and I hope that in some way you had some joy in it too. So I just wanted to say that I'm okay, and I hope you all are too.
Anyway, I'm also taking this opportunity to tell you that though I attempted to make this LJ alive again I doubt that a lot of users are left in the platform, and some may have moved to different fandoms (not that it's bad), etcetc....this place was largely a space for me to post dbsk fanfiction, but since there's no longer much audience for it, since I'm working now and realistically cannot write as much as I have filled this LJ with, I am going to leave this account inactive. I'm not taking it down just in case at least one person might still enjoy the fics, however cringey they might be hahaha. The only way that this is going to go away is maybe LJ itself goes away or if they take my account down because it's not active (is that a thing?). But if you still want to keep up with me, I have now moved on to newer platforms, under the same username: Tumblr and Ao3. I don't do much writing there still, especially tumblr coz I'm totally new at it, but at least you can see what I'm watching, read what I'm reading via my Ao3 bookmarks etc. If you want to follow my social medias, I'm not really into people irl finding my fics but you can totally send me an ask in tumblr and I can reply privately I believe, and give you my fb/twitter/my instagram where I post my photography stuff. I think that's only fair, after all, though we don't know each other personally, I still consider you guys as friends so if you want to connect with me beyond the fanfic writer, I'm happy with that.
