Well, I can see the argument that Maternal love is what is usually expounded upon, so it's nice to have a focus on Paternal love instead once in while. And there's an argument that the first 2+ seasons were all about Rose and her mother. So I don't think this is a case of Moffat Hates Women.
...but still, five episodes out of ten is a bit much. Although I thought Closing Time was freakin awesome.
I'm a wee bit offended that they seem to have forgotten all about the baby...and I'm not sure I want to see an Awesome Maternal Love episode out of that plotline because, well, Amy's a psychopath.
