Round Three ; Planning Post (Results) + Info
POLLS ARE CLOSED NAO. TYFYT. I was originally going to post this until the last week of Dec/first week of Jan but I honestly don't want this to interfere w/ the animubest awards (Which will open noms the first week of January, get your icons ready ladies & gents) so I'm posting this now. :O First off these are the results of the poll. I'm going ~lay it down~ here & now. I hope you don't mind the tl;dr again.
→ Okay first things first, sign-ups? They are opening next week! Here's hoping round three will be a success. ;A; SRSLY HERE'S HOPING. OMG I AM SO SO SCARED, I DON'T EVEN.
→ Original artwork by mangakas will now be allowed as another resource. By original mangaka artwork I'm referring to illustrated artwork that is by mangakas but isn't part of any official anime or manga. Like Okama, Range Murata, Noizi Ito, Kaoru Fujiwara, Green Glass, etc. Any who it's allowed now so have fun w/ that. :D
→ This ones going to be the one that hurts the most: there may or may not be cut offs at sign-ups. The reason I say this is because both the "30 only" & "there should be no cut-off" options were popular in the poll so in the end it may just come down to how much interest there is in the round. I honestly hope you guys don't mind that.
→ The round will last 5 weeks. This is what you all agreed with & I honestly think it's reasonable, it is also non-negotiable at this point. Sorry about that.
→ There will be no identities required at sign-ups. Everything will be the way we've always done it, however there will be the option of picking something for shits & giggles if you want but will not be required. If you don't pick anything I'll just make a default icon w/ your username on it.
→ Now to the reason WHY I decided to make this post. In the poll the Hero TV, color interpretation, & skill restraint options were really close in votes. One had 12 votes, the other 11 & the last 10. Out of the three options color interpretation was the most popular with 12 votes. Since I'm fair/mean I'm going to give you a chance to pick between the 3 rounds again & w/e one wins by the time I post sign-ups will be the rounds theme. If you guys can't make up your minds I'll default the poll & we'll do a color interpretation round. NOW before you're like but "Why don't you do that instead?" well I would if it wasn't for the fact that you guys were divided all over the place in the poll. Some users picked some here & others there. It was a mess. :/ From my mod point of view I'd be okay with running any of these 3 rounds. I honestly don't care. I WILL NEED EVERYONE WHO SEES THIS TO VOTE, PLEASE & THANKS. ;A;

→ Okay so you may or may not have noticed that I've been fucking with the layout. I'm doing this so it could be easy to navigate & because I want to have the old school comment thing. Idk, it's weird & I don't really like it but the default comment page is such a clusterfuck I don't want to use it. I'd rather have this than that. 8/
Apparently it works well in both Google Chrome & Safari (I tested it out) but idk about the other browsers. :/ TELL ME IF IT FUCKS UP OR SOMETHING.
→ Also I wound up revamping the challenge, voting & results templates to match the layout & easier on the eyes. Idk what do you think? :/ The voting layout will change according to w/e color I pick for the challenge.
