Charley's log, day thirty-six.
Ah, I'm really getting sick of that job now. My feet ache, my back hurts and right now I can't sit, stand or walk without a huge amount of pain. I can't even lie down. I think i did something to my back.
I've been reading Elfshadow during breaks. For those of you who don't know, Elfshadow is the first book in a series of 5. I read the 2nd first because I didn't read the side panel which said 2nd. And it was an amazing book, I had to keep getting it out of the library to read it. And then it disappeared so I had to buy it, then I realised there were more and that some of them weren't actually available in stock in shops or the net so I had to buy a couple of used copies.
The second one made sense despite the lack of 1st, but to then read the first meeting and original characterisation of the people was obviously better.
Which of course means that I have to read the set because I want to have the whollllle saga back in my head.
I want to read HP from the beginning, I want to read it from my own books, but I can't as they're all at home. And I want to read 4 and 5 (ebooks) but I shouldn't because then I'll be going in the wrong order and won't want to reread them when I get home. Sigh.
I'm working tomorrow the same hours I worked today, only longer. Fuck. I got off early today for some weird reason, not that I'm complaining.
The Chase calls, I don't really want to watch it though because Heather Peace is insane, and though I do absolutely adore her sneery shouty face, I like her to be sane when she's doing it.
