Remainder of Time in Canyon

Well, as it turned out, my parents decided not to go to Colorado and instead opted to spend time with me while I'm finishing up my last week of class. So far, the graphic novel class has been pretty fun, entertaining and interesting. However, I think with this last week, we're hitting the novels that are really not my cup of tea. It just serves as a reminder that everyone's not going to like all graphic novels. I have one last discussion post to make and then my main project both due Monday night. And then, I'm finished with class for the summer (much to my chagrin). I wanted to take another class during second summer session, but it was full by the time I registered, so oh well. Que sera sera.

Today, I'm having lunch with Elizabeth (friend from UT Anime Club) at Rivendell in San Marcos. Then, after I return, my parents wanted to go into San Antonio to get some errands done before heading home. Mark (friend from Silverleaf Resort) said he might call me tonight to see if he can drag me out of the house. Tomorrow, as far as I know, we're going to see my great aunt in Kenedy, town about an hour or so south of San Antonio. I'll be bringing my remaining graphic novels and articles with me on that trip. Nothing planned for Saturday or Sunday. And Mark's off-days next week are Monday and Tuesday, so he said we might go bowling. Thursday is the day I'll be heading back to Denton, at which point the roommates and boy can stop asking "When are you coming home?" ^_^

And thus will end my "vacation" at my parents' house.
