I'm very jumpy today ... must think about switching to decaf.
Ruud and I are currently in the process of buying a new-build house. I do not advise this as a good way of buying a house unless you yourself are a construction specialist and you don't have to rely on people to finish your house off. I won't bore you with the details, but this is 100 times more stressful than our wedding and about 10times more expensive...
