Tiles Tiles, my kingdom for well layed tiles!

Well, the saga continues!
There is a long history here going back 6 months in which we signed a contract after carefully choosing some rather expensive tiles for the bathroom to be laid on a specific day for a specific price. We paid the price. Our end of the bargain complete. Tiles were not ordered in time (they couldn't get around to it for 4 months!) thus moving the date back by 2 months since they apparently need to go chissle these tiles out of a remote mountain somewhere on Mars.
*First break of contract*
Then they tried to convince us to decide over the phone on another tile that was "The same tile but another colour". It was a totaly different much much much cheaper tile and I didn't appreciate the white lie so that was a NO.
*damaged our trust*
Then they come by 4 times on 4 seperate days wasting 4 of my vacation days to walk in, look at what work had been done only to turn around and say "I had no idea it was this way so I can't work in here today. Some one will call you".
*wasting my valued vacation time*
After yelling until we were blue in the face, and waiting two months, someone came. He seemed able, he seemed to know what he was doing. Heck he was pretty cute too! He came, got to work, finished and left....

I walked in and took one look and fell to the floor crying.
It looks like a child layed my beautiful black domino stone tiles in wet cement. My beautiful €250/m2 tiles are ruined. one of them is even sticking up at an odd angle and the area around the drain looks like a public road side bathroom.

The only reason we chose the incredibly expensive company that works with the building project is because it would be more convenient and we would be able to sleep at night knowing it would all be taken care of. Heck for €1700 for the floor alone, you would expect quality in return! We even had to pay an extra charge for the small tiles cause they are difficult.

I'm gutted and tired. I'm not giving up!!! That's what they want me to do.
