... is me. I'm still in Oregon, up in near Hauser in a
nice little KOA with showers, internet, and much dune access. Anyway, been riding the dunes and such off and on since Friday. It's much fun, once you get over the inevitable aches, pains, getting stuck and having to push your bike out, and getting completly and utterly lost. You'd think, since the whole area is only like two miles wide and ten long, and that it runs along the road, that it would be easy to keep north straght. Yeah, except that every dune looks the same. But, it really is quite fun. Today we hauled the machines down to the bottom of the beach and rode them to the top. If I could take the beach with me, I would be so happy. But, I got a couple nice shells and the satisfaction of smoking Dad. Actually, it's quite funny to see the guys going up stuff I know damn well they can't make, and then watching them frantically look for an out. Much fun.
Anyhat, they turn off the internet at ten, so I have to go. Tomorrow we're leaving for Crater Lake, and we should be back in Reno late Saturday afternoon barring any last minute issues. Hopefully my cat will still remember me when I return.
PS - the fish is so good up here. Must be because it's fresh or something ;)
