Sickness, leadership, sushi...

Yesterday was pretty uneventful and was mostly just me sitting on my computer writing papers, assignments and goofing off. Had a few things due and am forever glad that the internet allows us to e-mail our work to the prof. ^_^ At least at 5 o'clock the day changed a bit and I went to this week's CHE officer meeting. I've gone to them before and see them as a behind the scenes look at what is really going on with my club, but now that I'm actually running for an office...well the air was a bit more tense.

I did manage to ask a lot of questions as to how exactly secretary and publicity go about doing what they have to do. I really hope I get elected next week, but if not then I'll try again next year. To be nominated by Madam President aka one of the Co-Chairs was a awesome enough, but if I want to get elected, I have to (as the Head of Committees said) sell myself and show that I can do a lot for the club. It should be fun next week and even if I don't win, I'll still support those that do. Like the quote book says, "Good leaders must first become good servants."

After all the CHE jazz, I went with some of my Chem 3A study group peeps to Joshua's Sushi Place (I don't remember what it's called.) and had real sushi. (Apparently, California Rolls don't count. *sigh* -_-) Still it was tasty and wasn't that much different from the so-called sushi I've had before. It was fairly expensive in comparison to Tako Sushi, but still worth going there just to hang with the peeps.

*Looks at clock* So much to do today...
Clase, tarea, lavar ropa, comprar medias, exibicion de arte y mas tarea...pero despues tengo tiempo para cuentos. ^_^
