Jason and i are currently looking to lease a house, and tonight we found the perfect house. i'm going to try my best to describe the coolest house i have ever been in. okay... lets call the street level, the middle floor, thats a good place to start. the middle floor has all hardwood floors (except in the master bedroom) updated kitchen, HUGE living room, formal dining room, wet bar, 2 patios, master bedroom and master bathroom, additional full bathroom, 2 car garage, and wet bar, now we're going to move onto the lower level, which is the reason this house is so cool: about 16ft below street level, and hidden from the views of neighbors is a COMPLETELY private pool and hot tub! how cool is that?!?!?!? i'm not gonna have any tan lines this summer! woo hoo! also on the lower level is a gameroom/ den/ whatever you wanna do with it room, and 1 full bathroom and 1 half bathroom. one spiral staircase leads up to a second bedroom on the top floor, and a seperate set of stairs leads to the third bedroom not even touching the second bedroom! it is the COOLEST house ever!! I really really really hope we get this house!
