The Conspiracy Wall, aka the Writing Post

Nov 03, 2009 13:27

So over a year ago, I started my Conspiracy Wall, which I posted about here. I always meant to do update posts, but I lost my camera and I got lazy, plus I don't want to jinx my writing, so I didn't. Chitchatting with kuteki the other day reminded me of this, and with her and aurora_84's encouragement, I bring you an update.

cut b/c this is long and I talk about my writing a lot )

pinto, the mentalist, masonry you're doing it wrong, rps, mag7, high toned son of a bitch, writing, conspiracy wall, leverage

I <3 seeing other people's systems of organisation, it always makes me want to be more organised. I was immediately like, ooh I want a writing wall! And then... nah. Because mine would be more like a writing scribble, lol!

EVERYBODY SHOULD HAVE A WRITING WALL OF THEIR OWN

I highly recommend it.

Dude, I have the parts of the same fic in two different notebooks! Not to mention the mess of files on my desktop. I don't even know how many fics I'm writing. (Also I don't think I want to know. XP)

Hahahaha, actually, what you don't see in those pictures are my three notebooks and 2947289423 scraps of paper, and I do mean scraps. My neatness is faked. Faaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaake.

So yes. Feeling you on that. :D

Ahhhhh paper scraps! I try not to do that, because then I tend to lose things and have absolutely no idea what's going on. But I should take pictures of my floor when it gets bad - paper and books everywhere! Although it's not been so bad now that I'm not taking English courses.

Yeah, I try not to, too, but sometimes. Sometimes you have a flash and there's only scraps around. I'd like to think I'm better now than I used to be. The horror of paper bits everywhere and nothing's dated and sometimes there's no name or identifying context, and isn't that the damnedest thing, when you don't recognize which bit is supposed to go where.
