i read teh first words of the first book in middle school
"the dark man fled across the desert, and teh gunslinger followed"
i dont want the series to finish, because it is so good

these books are equal with enders game
these books will immortalize stephen king
these books will stay with me for teh rest of my life
and i will always remember that first line...which i say is the best opening ever
