Angels and Demons

It is 4:36 AM. I just finished reading Dan Brown's Angels and Demons. Wow!!!. That man is awesome. He has got some amazing story telling skills. I am incredibly impressed and am glad that I took the time to pick it up. I was actually looking for another book and could not find it so I chose this one instead based on some really good reviews that I have heard. I love conspiracy theory stuff and anything that ties history and/or mythology in with it. I am in love with the history channel for that reason and have often thought of double majoring in history just so that I could know some of the things I want to know. So this book was ideal for me. Even though it was somewhat long (although not compared to the Ann Rice and Steven King books I am fond of) it was a fast read. But I am a pretty fast reader anyways. The artist John Langdon who did the Ambigrams for the book is amazing. I would love to have some of his art. I also really loved that Dan used real places and that the subject matter was something that had some depth to it. The book really made me think. I am really interested now in going to pick up the Da Vinci Code. Of course everyone is saying that is a great book and I have been wanting to check it out as well, but I have been reading so many different books and have just not gotten around to it. I think I will definately make it a point after I finish up the last of the The Dark Tower Series. One more book to go on that.

Either way I have to be up by 9:30 tomorrow and I am going to be so evil.
