More HotK Written
I couldn't get into a writing mood until late, and an entirely unexpected scene popped into existence. Wierd. Anyway, Julie, more little romantic moments, plus some political interactions.
Posted a bunch of new code at HASA. Fixed a number small bugs and added a new toy to the admin tool belt. I got an idea about how and where to use a regular expression for the betterment of all, but I need to test it. I'm not sure it will do what I think it will do. Ah, the fun of code...
I'm very interested in seeing how Barrack Obama comes across when he gives the Democratic Party keynote address on Monday. This is an interesting fellow.
Dan & Linda had *marvelous* tales to tell of their trip last night. Plus a CD of music and some vintage photos they picked up on the way. Of course, they beat their postcards home. We took them to dinner at a local restaurant that does a great Cajun/Califonia fusion style of cooking. Gulf Coast Grill - good beer, great hushpuppies, and fried green tomatoes to beat the band. Try their shrimp Po'boy for lunch sometime, or a bowl of their clam chowder. Excellent.
Tomorrow is cat litter day. And weekly food shopping day. Monday is the baseball game. There's really not much else of note happening. I am taking off a day the week after next in honor of ye old birthday. Hopefully, I can wrap up the last of this chapter by next weekend. I'm averaging about two weeks between chapters, which is a little slow.
