Planning my vacations
Spent a chunk of time the other day calling various hotels in various cities so I can feel more secure about the various trips I have coming up this year. I know I'll see most of you at one time or another...
July 2-5 -- Minneapolis area for Convergence and to see my brother and his family
August 9-11 -- Macinaw Michigan for Dad & Vivian's 25th anniversary and the big family get-together. (Wil and I may be driving a huge loop, up through WI on the way there, and back the southern route -- including the ferry -- for the trip home.)
October 9-11 -- Minneapolis again, this time for Gaylaxicon, which Wil and I haven't been to in ages.
October 22-28 -- Annual driving vacation which includes OVFF, as well as stops in Indianapolis, Toledo and (probably) Findlay.
Not everything is nailed down yet -- for example, I'm not sure who all wants to connect with me on my OVFF driving vacation, so I'm not sure where I'll be when -- except the OVFF part. May also have a couple newbies in tow at the con. But we'll see how that plays out.
