The stuff about Cuddy wanting to be sure that it's not just because someone took House's toy away? SO. IT. He needs to prove that he really, really wants her. And I think you're absolutely right. He's very much aware that he wants to sex her up {again *smirks*}, but I don't think he's come to terms with the fact that he's, well... In love with her. She's way too smart to get involved with him without that certainty.
The bicycle pump thing I CANNOT GET OVER. SERIOUSLY. I JUST... GOD. One of the funniest exchanges all season. Possibly ever. idk. But it makes me laugh hysterically every time I think about it. And then I can't stop fr a really really long time. And I LOVED her confidence in that whole scene. She was so calm and relaxed and CUTE. And completely unphased by it all, lolol. GOD I LOVE OUR WIFE AND HER... ALTER EGO? Probably not the right word, but I know what I mean ;)
The dress was an interesting choice for the wardrobe department... EVERYTHING is chosen for a reason, they basically did it to show that she has absolutely no romantic idea's about Wilson. He's a friend. He's safe ;)
THE SANDBOX LINE, her face. WAS THE CUEST THING. EVER. And how she kinda stamped her foot a little maybe? IDK, 'cause we couldn't see, but it looked like she might have. BUT WE ARE ICONING THAT, RIGHT? XD

Okay, I'm just on my way to bed, but I just HAD to re-watch that scene so I could give you an opinion, and... okay. There was definitely some stomping going on! Not so that she actually lifted her foot from the floor, but y'know, the kinda stomping that goes all the way from your hips and down?
