American Idol, Gossip Girl, and Dollhouse

Baby girl, I can only assume the AI voters were smoking crack Tuesday night. But not me, I dialed your number until my cell croaked, and then I picked up the land line and voted some more. I was so sure Gokey was finally going to GTFO, because who in their right mind would let you go after you belted the hell out of 'Cry Baby'? *sigh*
I'm not even kidding, when Allison started to sing her farewell song with tears in her eyes, I seriously lost my shit. I hope Kris enjoys his new voter though. He could bite the head off a dove Ozzy style next week and I still pick up the phone, because I really just want to see Danny go down now. Color me bitter, IDGAF.
Gossip Girl
Georgina Sparks as Christ's minion, she cracked me up. And Blair's, "That's a Carrie Underwood song, not a life choice!" I knew Blair being mean to her was going to come back to bite them in the ass, but I'm kind of over it now. Please tell me, GG producers, that you are not going to drag Georgie out to wreak havoc at the end of ever season until your done.
Lily needs a smack right up-side the head. And is it just me, or does Brittany Snow not look a thing like Kelly Rutherford? They are doing a damn fine job of covering Kelly's pregnancy though. Thank god they didn't write that into the show. One Rufus/Lily love child is quite enough thank you very much.
And finally, Chuck/Blair/Nate... Yes, I was heartbroken when Chuck told Blair it was all a game and she was free to go. Even more so when he told Serena that he did it because he loved her but couldn't make her happy, but you know what? I'm really kind of enjoying Blair and Nate, as much as I never thought I would say that. She needs the mellow right now, and they are cute together.
Dollhouse
I'm so glad I waited until yesterday to watch this ep. I kind of wish I had waited until today, or even tomorrow. Poor Victor! I bet the Boss Lady is going to lose her effing mind when she sees what happened to his face. Consider me an official non-fan of Alpha. And also, Detective Ballard. His Caroline obsession has gotten out of hand. I felt so bad for Melly, even if she was just an implant.
I really wasn't too sure about this show when it first came along, but it's really picked up since then. I'm so glad they finally inserted some humor into the mix, because that's what makes a Joss Whedon show awesome to me.
