Women _should_ always carry Condoms!
Was just having a bit of a YIM convo with rajini_priya and it dawned upon me that women should always carry condoms on them. Condoms for males I mean.
They should also be given an education. Most importantly, they should be taught how to put a condom onto a guy the proper way. (Most of the time, pregnancies that occur despite the use of condoms are due to incorrectly worn condoms.)
Women should also understand the implications of having unsafe sex. (Tell them about stuff like STD's like AIDS. They should also be made aware of important stuff like leprosy, wikipedia, environmentalists, Darjeeling, New York, Papua New Guinea, The Taj Mahal, etc.)
Women should understand that girl babies ought not to be zeroed in for abortions. Girl babies are hawter than male babies and are good for the population. They should survive till they're assets (ignore triple pun) to the planet.
Women should be nice to good guys and outright evil to the bad guys. The bad guys deserve to know nothing about the theory of reproduction and other stuff of a similar nature.
Yeah, this post also applies to the Men out there. So if there are any MCP's out there who think I'm ignoring them, Please relax, you're all included here. Males and Females alike (feminists, don't worry, I'm not saying males and females are equal!) ought to have this post applied to them. (no kinky stuff please!)
Now why should people know about all these things? Better, safer Sex (note the capital 'S' folks!).
Why should women carry condoms 24/7? Because if they just 'happen' to be in a 'rape' situation, the rapist would think twice about the deed before it's committed if he is offered a condom by the chick. You see, there are three things that can happen.
The babe stops the guy for a moment and pulls condom out of wrapper.
Thing-1: Guy thinks "Holy Cow Batman! WTF am I doing!" and he drops out and runs away squealing at his stupidness at falling prey to his nasty intentions.
Thing-2: Guy goes "Whoa! This chick knows her business, I think I'm better off not raping someone cause seriously man, what the hell was I thinking?" In short, he'd think twice before making another move. Basically, he'd hit upon a realization, something on the lines of an RTFM-aftershock.
Thing-3: The guy goes ahead and does the naughty deed.
No matter what happens, the girl is at a much better situation than if she did'nt have the condom at hand. If the rapist just goes ahead and rapes her, the condom would be priceless! (The chances of a guy insisting that the condom be missing from the equation are almost nil. The fact the the woman displays a condom will in itself be like "look, rape me if you must, but please, I won't struggle too much if you use this thing." A guy would prefer it too, after all, it's way safer in every way.)
Okai, this is just a random rant, ignore it if you can. Don't criticise the thoughts too much, it's all in good humor. (There is of course a bit of seriousness that I mean to put forward, but don't shout too loudly unless you're bursting to say something WRT that.)
//update: WRT rajini_priya's comment here, I had another brilliant brain wave. She's right, really.... Both sexes ought to carry precautionary measures to avoid mishaps. I suggest they carry guns or something. They're good at quickly abating rough situations. Someone should come up with blood-less guns. Perhaps UH Microwave frequency modulators or something. Maybe some Chinese or Japanese invention called a Brain Noodlizer that terminates the useful existence of the _victim_ instantly. :o) (sorry, I just could'nt keep myself from a forced typo like that! Hehe!)
