Books Update

This week, I've reread

• both Dirk Gently books
• the first two Blind Justice books

, read

• The Full Cupboard of Life
• The Mysterious Incident of the Dog in the Nighttime
• Keroro Gunso #5
• finished Ranma 1/2 #2 (auf Deutsch)
• Morality for Beautiful Girls (I had skipped this one, somehow!)

, and started reading

• Scandal Takes a Holiday

Also, I've noted that my mood can depend on what book I've recently read and filled my head with. After the Dog in the Nighttime, I found myself agitated and ill-equipped to handle society. After reading any Mma Ramotswe book, I found myself feeling relatively optimistic and competent.

I would've read more Bruce Alexander, except that I seem to be missing book three (and possibly four).

There should be a rule that (perhaps starting with the second volume) books in a series are numbered clearly. Preferredly on the spine, but somewhere on the cover or title page would work okay too. Lindsey Davis at least puts the month and year of the story's setting, clearly near the beginning.
