Banana and chocolate loaf, anyone? Anyone?!
I have made this many, many times before. But I had ripe bananas and I was baking in my friend's oven for the first time. (I'm currently cat & house-sitting for her and her family while they're on holiday)
I wanted to make sure it was something fairly simple to make, something I've not had problems with in the past; so banana and chocolate loaf was the easy option. Besides, I'm still having a bit of period pain today so that was the other reason for taking the easier baking option...
Yes, that would be the smallest possible picture of my cake, thanks for asking. For whatever reason best known to itself, Imageshack doesn't want to play ball with a bigger image. And right now I really can't be fagged to argue with it. So that would be the cake, straight from the oven and cooling on the rack. Chillin'. Takin' it eeeeeeeeeeasy, etc etc.
Ok, so I was wrong. These are the two smallest possible photos. I do believe they are what would more normally be called thumbnails, so clicking on them should lead to a promise of a bigger picture. Although you probably don't need to do that, to be honest with you. They're not exactly action shots, I know...
In other news, I went through some of my old locked entries last night and unlocked them. Mostly cakey ones, but there are other ones too - and you'll know what they are if you can read them. Oooh get me and my cryptic ways...not meaning to be, honestly!
