Because I feel like it, random Good Things:

I've been doing a bit of woodshedding for the Lord Nelson Mass (the first rehearsal where we're actually doing anything is tomorrow) and it is so cool. Granted, singing in the alto section in a mixed chorus entails sitting on Fs and Gs for a long time, but hey, who am I to think I'm the whole of the machine?

Also, I've been rereading Julius Caesar for TAing purposes and, while it's still not a huge favorite, I think I'm liking it better. Although I think I say this every time I need to reread it, and I always say it after the big forum scene with Antony's oration for Caesar, because damn that is a good scene. It's always nice to reread something that's well-known enough to border on a cliché and go "oh, right, that's why it's so famous."

And in my refrigerator there is a bottle of Young's Double Chocolate Stout. CHOCOLATE BEER. What a world we live in. ;)
