Very seldom do I sleep and not dream. Often times I don't even remember the dreams when I wake up but I know I was dreaming nonetheless. Other times I'll remember them but they'll just be weird or beyond comprehension

Not that this is definitely the cause for you, but I've heard and realized it's true for me, that I get nightmares when I'm uncomfortable. Often I wake up sweating because I realized that in real life I was too hot in my sleep. When I was young, I got a lot of nightmares too, and I remember one night I decided to cross my fingers, arms, and legs hoping it would help (sounds stupid now, I know) and instead of protecting me, it only caused me to have an even worse nightmare. Like I said, it may not be the same situation, but maybe make sure that you're not in an uncomfortable position when you sleep, maybe get an extra pillow, make sure you don't sleep with too many sheets and get hot, or even do something that makes you feel good before you sleep like warm milk (though honestly I have no clue if that really works) so you're not going to sleep nervous or anxious. Just some suggestions.. I hope one of them can help, and if not, i hope you just plain stop having nightmares.
Thanks, and I do often times wake up hot, but that's because I'm too cold when I first go to sleep so I keep all the covers on ^^;; Maybe that's what my problem is! I'll definitely give it a try, thank you.
