o I finally got my car fixed today. I took it in to a friend of dad's and he told us to call in a hour and he'd let us know the prognosis. One place told me that it needed a new radiator and that it would cost over $700. We called him back, he said it was only a hose and that it cost $40 for th part and $10 for labor ( Read more... )

So I'm at work today, it's about 10 after 5 (I leave at 5:30) and the guy in charge of the graphic artists asks me to go out on break. I say why not since we're caught up for the day and he's my boss. My car has been leaking coolant for a while now. I went in to get an estimate this morning because it got really bad Friday night.

$700+.

It turns out that it isn't just a blown hose, it's a radiator leak. *Sigh* Just add more shit to the pile.

Still job hunting. No calls so far today.
