That new show

A new show hit the air last week after CSI, called Shark, and for lack of anything better to do these past two Thursdays, I've been watching it.  The premise is this jerk of a defense lawyer, one of the best in LA, gets his client off the charge of assaulting his wife, only to see the man kill her within a day of being released.  He kind of goes ( Read more... )

When I saw the preview for this, my first thought was that finally Jeri Ryan will not be the "sexy barbi". Ha! I guess this proves yet again that we think alike, Angelqueen. *giggle*

I never saw the previews for it, just noticed that it was on after CSI when the new season started up, so I figured 'what hte heck?' I had nothing else to watch. And then I spotted Jeri Ryan playing the DA and nearly fell out of my chair.

Yay, she gets to play a cool attorney and not the ex-Borg in the catsuit.

Needless to say, Seven of Nine drove me crazy. By the end of that show, it was no longer Star Trek Voyager, but Everybody Loves Seven of Nine. Watching that when you're a huge Janeway fan (who became a female Captain Ahab in part because of Seven) isn't the most pleasant of experiences. *facepalm*

Seven of Nine drove me insain as well. I agree with you completely about how the show changed into the "Seven of Nine show".
