I recently had been borrowing Downton Abbey from the library, having been made curious by a teaser trailer. I'd finally seen the first and second series when I decided to bite the bullet and just buy all three series. Holy. Cow. I have a new obsession.

Heh, thank you! I started looking for screencaps and made a couple of icons myself. Not this one on this comment, of course (that one was made by the ever-talented novindalf, along with another one that I snagged from her), but the entry's icon yes. I could icon the last scene of that Christmas Special 'til the cows come home, really. ;)

Last night I started watching the show from the beginning again. Got just to the scene where Kemal Pamuk sneaks into Mary's bedroom. Almost makes me wish Matthew was there to punch the guy - or hold him down so Mary could pummel him (since Mary doesn't like other people fighting her battles for her). :D
