vitamins make me gag

Since beginning my journey to conception, I've been taking a bucket load of vitamins that are supposed to help increase my chances. Currently I'm taking a regular prenatal vitamin, extra Folic Acid (800mcg), evening primrose oil (1500 mg), B6 (100mg), baby aspirin (chewable 81mg), green tea capsuls (630mg), and chromium picolinate (800mcg).

Each of these serves a purpose that relates back to something dealing with conception. Some of them go down fairly easy. Others, not so much. Regardless, having to swallow that many pills every day is nauseating. The best part of the regimen, believe it or not, is the orange flavored baby aspirin. It actually tastes kinda good. Like an orange creamsicle.

Today I am resolving to drink at least 64 ounces of plain water. To help me acheive this goal I skipped my morning trip to McDonald's for a large sweet tea. I will get one of those at lunch time. I need to figure out how to eat healthy. I need to figure out how to get my darling wonderful husband to eat healthy with me. I purchased a bottle of Men's Fertility Blend on eBay this morning. It was loads cheaper than purchasing them from GNC, even after adding the shipping charges. Tony needs a multivitamin. What better than a vitamin that is designed specifically to enhance fertility, right? Right.
